J.B. Donaldson is providing complete design build services for Quality Engineering’s new 85,500 square foot build to suit facility in Wixom, Michigan. The project supports the company’s continued growth and expansion from its current facility located across the street.

Working with F.A. Studios, we are managing the project from design through construction to create a modern facility tailored to Quality Engineering’s operational needs. The new space will provide the added capacity, functionality, and flexibility needed to support the company’s expanding operations while keeping its presence in Wixom.
