J.B. Donaldson is delivering a 202,500 square foot build to suit manufacturing facility for SAPA Engineering, located just miles from the company’s North American headquarters. The project includes 182,500 square feet of manufacturing space and 20,000 square feet of office space.
Working with F.A. Studios, we are creating a facility that will expand SAPA Engineering’s advanced manufacturing capabilities, including production support for transmissions used in U.S. military tanks and combat vehicles. The project will also support significant local growth, with more than 325 new jobs expected to be added to the area.
