Project Details:

J.B. Donaldson is delivering a 230,000 square foot build to suit warehouse and logistics center for US Farathane as the company expands its local operations. The new facility will provide additional capacity to support continued growth while helping retain more than 500 local jobs and create opportunities for future employment.

Working with F.A. Studios, we are providing a complete range of development and construction services to bring the project from concept through completion. The facility is being designed to support efficient warehouse and logistics operations while providing the flexibility needed for US Farathane’s long term growth.
