Project Details:

This project is a once-in-a-decade opportunity for Macomb County, creating 70 – 100 jobs in the area. The planning has been in the works for a couple of years and would be the largest new construction development Mount Clemens has seen in over a decade. This will be a significant economic boost for the city, which has long been searching for ways of generating more revenue.

The building will serve as a warehouse for metals, in addition to value-added processing and distribution. Construction is scheduled to start in the fall, and the facility is expected to be operational by 2026, according to the company.

J.B. Donaldson Co. (based in Farmington Hills) is the developer of this project, and the architect is FA Studio LLC based in Southfield.
