The Merit Manufacturing redevelopment project in Warren, MI, showcases the vision and expertise of our redevelopment team, led by Bennett Donaldson. This project transformed an underutilized former high-tech office building into a cutting-edge manufacturing space tailored to the specific operational needs of Merit Manufacturing.

We expanded the building by adding over 30,000 square feet of high bay warehouse space to accommodate modern production demands, installed three exterior truck wells to streamline logistics, and completely renovated the interior office space to create a functional, modern work environment. These upgrades turned the property into a dynamic facility designed to meet the evolving requirements of today’s industrial landscape.

This redevelopment not only modernized the facility but also revitalized a key property in Warren, contributing to the city’s industrial growth and positioning Merit Manufacturing for continued success in the future.
